Returns & Exchanges

At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items and the packing slip inside the original mailer, secure the new shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
